Located behind the primary waterfront residence, this private gated community was developed as part of a larger plot development on the Haramous shoreline. The development comprises ten identical five-bedroom villas arranged along a secure internal street, creating a cohesive and well-organized residential enclave.

The architectural design adopts a contemporary aesthetic defined by clean lines, simple geometric forms, and a restrained material palette. While modern in appearance, each villa was planned around a more traditional family-oriented layout, incorporating separate reception and living spaces, an enclosed kitchen, and clearly defined private and public zones within the home.

A key design objective was to ensure that every residence could benefit from its coastal setting. Each villa features a rooftop terrace positioned to capture sea views beyond the waterfront properties, providing additional outdoor living and entertaining space.

The result is a thoughtfully planned residential community that balances privacy, security, and functionality while maintaining a strong architectural identity throughout the development.
