This project involved a comprehensive transformation of a JVT villa, with the architecture and landscape designed simultaneously to create a cohesive indoor-outdoor living experience. The interior and exterior were reimagined in a clean contemporary style, maximizing space efficiency while delivering a highly functional and aesthetically refined family home. The layout was carefully reconfigured to make better use of the available space. The former maid's room was converted into a dedicated home office, while the first-floor landing was expanded to create a secondary family lounge. A third bedroom was also introduced, allowing the home to better accommodate the family's evolving needs.

The result is a bright, modern home that feels significantly larger than its original footprint, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor spaces to support contemporary family living.
