This project involved the comprehensive renovation and extension of an existing villa in Dubai, transforming both the interior and exterior into a modern family home designed for contemporary living.

Working within the constraints of the original building envelope and roof structure, the villa was extended to maximize usable living space while maintaining a cohesive architectural appearance. Internally, the layout was completely reconfigured to create a bright, open-plan environment, with the kitchen, dining, and living areas seamlessly connected to improve functionality and encourage family interaction.

The outdoor spaces were designed in parallel with the interior renovation to create a unified living experience. A new swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, and covered entertainment areas extend the home's living spaces into the garden, providing a setting for both everyday family life and entertaining.

The landscape design draws inspiration from Mediterranean and desert environments, combining architectural planting, textured materials, and drought-tolerant species to create a timeless outdoor setting that complements Dubai's climate and the contemporary character of the renovated home.

The result is a highly functional family residence that maximizes both indoor and outdoor living while delivering a cohesive and modern lifestyle experience.
